SHOT Show 2025: Safariland Ballast Duty-Rated Holster System

Safariland®, a brand of The Safariland Group, a leading global provider of safety products designed for the public safety, military, professional and outdoor markets and one of Cadre Holdings, Inc.’s (NYSE: CDRE) (“Cadre”) key brands, is excited to introduce Ballast – its most advanced duty holster for law enforcement professionals, which will be debuting at the 2025 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, January 21-24.

Extensive feedback from the field and design improvements have shaped the functionality of the Ballast holster. Its lightweight and durable design stands up to the toughest conditions. A proprietary crush-resistant design shields Ballast’s internal components, and, unique to Ballast, a new Ingress Guard to mitigate access inside the holster.

“Ballast was created with the safety of law enforcement and patrol officers in mind. We took decades of feedback into consideration when creating the Ballast, and know we have created our most advanced duty-rated holster.”

Eric Gasvoda, Vice President and General Manager of Duty Gear for Safariland
